The General Assembly shall comprise of;
- The executive members
- The founding members;
Functions of the General Assembly:
- Shall be supreme organ of NE2U;
- Shall vote the budget of NE2U, elect the executive and members of the Standing Committees and/or Ad Hoc Committees;
- Also decide on development projects, following the recommendations of the Project Committee;
- May also decide on any other issues of interest to the association presented by the Executive Committee.
- May also choose a member to facilitate /moderate irrespective of the committee to which he/she belongs on each meeting day.
